Shipping and Return Policy


All online orders will be processed within 24 business hours upon receipt of payment. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged by mail. Those claims must be filed with the mail carrier.

***Wallpaper, lighting, furniture and large item ship times will vary. Each product has a specific ship time which is noted in the description for the respected product. Each product’s ship time is subject to change without notice.***

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Should you receive damaged items please hold on to all packing materials as the mail service may want to investigate. 

Our Return Policy:

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request and start a return. Your order must be postmarked within 14 days from the date your order was delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we’ll email you a return shipping label. Please include the packing slip included with your original order and send back to us with the returning item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Wallpaper, furniture, rugs, lighting, pillows, jewelry and accessories such as handbags and hair ties are non returnable. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Due to the limited supply of each clothing item, the best way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and make a separate purchase for the new item you want. We can not guarantee we will still have your desired item or size in stock by the time we receive your original item. 


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Shipping Fees

Shipping will only be refunded if the item was damaged or shipped incorrectly.

Local Pick Up Orders

Any local pick up order not claimed from the store within 5 days will not be eligible for a return and may be subject for a 5% restock fee. Should you be unable to pick your item up within the 5 day window, please reach out to the store directly at 678-635-6120.
