Processing & Shipping
- Most online orders are processed within 24 business hours once payment is received.

Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
- While we carefully package every order, we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Claims for lost/damaged items must be filed directly with the carrier.
Large or Specialty Items

Wallpaper, lighting, furniture, rugs, and oversized items may have longer ship times. Estimated timelines are listed on each product page but may change without notice.
- Orders may ship in multiple packages at no extra cost. Preorder/backorder dates are estimates and may change.
When Your Order Arrives
We encourage you to inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
- If something isn’t right (damaged, defective, or incorrect), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
- Keep all original packaging, as carriers often require it for investigation.
- We’ll ask for four photos: two of the outside packaging, and two of the inside contents.
Please note: once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the recipient. For suspected theft, please file a claim with the carrier and local authorities—we’re happy to provide documentation.
Returns
Standard Return Policy
- You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
- Once we email your prepaid free return label, the package must be shipped back within 2 business days. Returns sent later than this window will not be accepted.
- Returned items must be:
- Unworn/unused and in the same condition you received them
- With original tags
- In their original packaging

Items shipped back without requesting a return first, or items sent late, will not be accepted.
Final Sale Items
The following are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Wallpaper, furniture, rugs, lighting, pillows, jewelry, handbags, and hair accessories

Markdown items — any product with a reduced price shown on our website (price change = Final Sale)
- Gift cards
Bundles & Gifts With Purchase: Bundle items must be returned in full. If a promotional gift was included and your return causes the order to no longer qualify, please include the gift with your return or its value will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
Because of our limited inventory, we can’t guarantee exchanges. The best way to secure your desired size or style is to place a new order and return the original piece following the steps above.
Refunds
- Please allow 3–5 business days after your return is delivered to us for inspection.
- Once approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Refunds to BNPL services (e.g., Afterpay, Klarna) follow their timelines.

Shipping Fees & Free Shipping Threshold
- We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75 (before taxes and discounts).
- If you return part of your order and your total drops below $75, the standard shipping cost that would have applied will be deducted from your refund.
- Shipping fees are otherwise non-refundable, unless your item arrived damaged or was shipped incorrectly.
Product Variations
- Colors may vary slightly due to lighting and screen settings.
- Handmade and natural materials may include slight variations in texture or finish. These are not considered defects.
Delivery Issues
- Packages returned to us as undeliverable or refused will be refunded minus original and return shipping costs..
Local Pick-Up Orders
- Local pick-up orders must be collected within 3 days of purchase.
- Orders not picked up within this timeframe are no longer eligible for return and may be subject to a 5% restocking fee.
